I did a quick loan with them for $1000... paid it off was never late, went to request another one this time for $2000 and they gave me such a run around like they didn't trust me and denied me twice because they didn't believe I had gotten a new job paying 6 figures smh. Then they approved me finally and like after 3 payments they sent me a letter saying they was suspending my account and flagged my account as a high risk or something and told me I had to mail payments in instead of being able to sign in to my online account...only for them to start automatically start debiting my previously linked account that I was making the payments through.

Started with Platinum 300 cl, then they offered me Quicksilver one 800 cl then they offered me savor one with 15k cl.

Well Monkey, you raise a good point. I think that only the first $250,000 is insured, if your bank or CU folds, and people don't talk about it. But, you seem nervous and talk fast. I've been waiting for PenFed to mail me replacement cards (old ones expired) since February. I've had the cards 15 years and never missed a payment or disputed a transaction. I have $40K in savings and CDs on account with PenFed. My lowly card is just $4.5K. They claim to have sent new cards 4 times. They're lying.
